This is a GREAT project for the beginning of school or Fall! Students create paper quilt squares using tracing, cutting and painting. Students write positive friend phrases such as "A Friend is someone who is nice" around the edge of each quilt square. Squares can then be displayed alone or put together to make a hanging quilt. It's a real showstopper for Back to School Night!
